Broadsheet printed on heavy ivory paper. On recto poem in five four-line stanzas. At end of poem: Gon-rah-gonh O-doh-ne-yoh Go-wah "Great White Eagle." On verso, headed: Wallace Havelock Robb (May 19, 1888-January 29, 1976), notice signed: Joe Robb that his father wanted this poem printed and sent to family and friends at his death.
