Brown University presents The Modern Dance Group in Concert
This program featured the first group of students who inspired the establishment of dance as an academic subject at Brown University. Julie Strandberg is listed as advisor. Kathy Eberstadt| Billy Siegenfeld, and Ruby Shang continued to have distnguished careers as professional dancer/choreographer/educators. Patricia Schwadron remained in the arts field. John Lee Beatty, a Tony Award winner for set desgin, designed the poster for the concert. The student choreographers for this show were: Patricia Schwadron, Kathy Eberstadt, Joy Javits, Karen Raagland, Billy Siegenfeld, Ruby Shang.
