Poetry in 112 lines printed in two columns divided by curvilinear line. This humorous poem was originally written in 1795 by T.G. Fessenden while a student at Dartmouth College (cf. P.G. Perrins"s "Life and works of Thomas Green Fessenden", in: The Maine Bulletin, vol. 28, no. 7, January, 1926, p. 33ff. Possible range of dates suggested by internal evidence, e.g. type and type setting; possibly a Boston imprint. This edition not in Ford, or Shaw & Shoemaker.
