Broadsheet printed in colors on heavy paper folded like a triptych to make six panels. When folded, "A merry" on left and "Christmas" on right outer panel. When unfolded, colored lithograph of Santa Claus in sleigh at center, above poem, with swallows in left panel and rabbits in right one. Below central illustration poem in four lines, entitled: I wish you a merry Christmas, beginning: Mirth, friendship, love and light. Suggested range of publication dates from internal evidence.
