Variously attributed to Peter St. John of Norwalk, Conn., and Samuel St. John of New Canaan, Conn. Printed in two columns divided by line of advertising with single line at each end: Sold wholesale and retail by L. Deming, No. 1, South side of Faneuil Hall, Boston.
