Philbrick in "British authorship of ballads in the Isaiah Thomas collection", Studies in bibliography, papers of the Bibliographical Society of the University of Virginia, v. 9, 1957, p. 255-258, to Thomas Deloney. Cut of women in landscape at left of title above first column. At end of third column: Printed by Nathaniel Coverly, Jun. Milk-Street--Boston. Coverly was listed at above address from 1810 to 1824. According to information from the American Antiquarian Society, this printing not later than 1814.
