Philbrick in "British authorship of ballads in the Isaiah Thomas collection," Studies in bibliography, Papers of the Bibliographical Society of the University of Virginia, v. 9, 1957, p. 255-258, attributes to A.H. Hunter. Internal evidence suggests Henry Trumbull as printer.
