"Remembering West Elmwood Before & After Displacement" chapbook

A booklet including research and excerpts from an oral history project about the West Elmwood neighborhood in Providence before it was demolished as part of an urban redevelopment plan in 1962. The oral history interviews were collected at a community event in May 2016. Topics include housing, race, employment, displacement as a result of urban redevelopment and the industrial park.
