Printed on pink paper within border of type ornaments. At end of text below border: Beresford, Pr., 523 7th St. Robert H. Beresford printed in Philadelphia in the early 19th century. The Western Union Telegraph Company operates under its present name since 1856. Internal evidence would suggest a publication date not later than 1880.
