The Carlos M. and Mary K. Rubio Collection contains digitized images of slides taken by Carols M. Rubio, 1947-1949, two images of RISD Museum Director Gordon B. Washburn, and one advertisement card featuring Washburn. Rubio's images depict Museum staff observing the 1948 Brown University Graduation march featuring Gen. George C. Marshall and a street fair held at the Old State House, Providence. Captions are provided by Mary K. Rubio, Washburn's Secretary and Assistant, 1946-1949.
